He readily agrees to Vibhuti and Manmohan's plan of instigating Anita to beat him and later register a case against her to stop her from going to the US. Instead, he gets thrashed by the public for eve-teasing, and the plan fails. Mark insists on taking Angoori to the US. David arrives, and Anita tears his will into pieces.
