Resham Pal gets Tiwari and the other colony residents arrested for defecating in the police station. After a lot of to-and-fro over this crime, the accused, Happu, and Resham Pal conclude Vibhuti to be the core issue. They confront Vibhuti for fooling people in the name of 'Vastu Shastra.' In this hodgepodge, Jugnu's paralysis gets cured. In the evening, a fuming Tillu demands from Tiwari his delayed salary. Later, Vibhuti partners with Tillu and they fake Tillu's death to con Tiwari.
