Teeka's help to the stranger makes him a film producer as the man turns out to be a film financer. Vibhuti makes Angoori call Ammaji to complain about Tiwari. Ammaji assures Angoori that she will make Tiwari consent to her acting. Tiwari's decision is overruled by Ammaji. Harry Chaddha rejects Vibhuti's plea to make him the hero. Both, Vibhuti and Tiwari are left red-faced and insulted.
