Vibhuti sees a man dragging a dead body. The man tells Vibhuti the reason for committing the crime. Vibhuti decides to take the blame for the murder in exchange for money and asks the man to take his photo with the body. Happu informs everyone that Vibhuti has murdered Kantilal and arrests him. Manmohan takes Anita to a renowned lawyer, Booteshwar Muthreja. Anita requests Booteshwar to defend Vibhuti's case but he refuses. He insults Anita. Anita and Angoori slap Booteshwar and leave.
