Manmohan gets excited upon getting an advance payment for an order. Tillu asks for his salary but Manmohan refuses. Vibhuti offers to help Tillu in exchange for money. Tillu threatens to drink poison to get his salary. Manmohan gives Tillu his salary from the money given to him by Gupta. Tillu refuses to give commission to Vibhuti. Manmohan learns about the fraudulent Gupta in the news. Happu arrives with Tillu with the fake notes given by Manmohan and accuses Manmohan of the fraud.
