The desperate radio appeals of a kidnapped girl are intercepted by a teenage radio amateur but it will be up to the District inspectors to identify the place where she is being held captive and free her in time for an urgent surgical operation. Inspector Anna Gori must regain the trust of Dorian who, knowing that she is aware of his membership in the criminal organization, fears she may report him to the police.
