Novelist Koshiba Shousuke is an inveterate bar-hopper, but he has trouble meeting his deadlines. After a night on the town, Moguro introduces Koshiba to his attractive drinking partner Sakai Nomiko, but warns Koshiba that he must not make a pass at Nomiko. They agree on a bar-hopping expedition along the Yamanote circle, and Nomiko outlasts Koshiba who ends up a drunken wreck.
