This week, the four MCs and the special guest IU go to Haemieupseong Fortress in Seosan to find the second endangered ingredient which is fermented red bean paste. It’s been restored by ingredient experts five years ago, and now only 160kg remains. The second ingredient is yeonyeopju from Asan.
