The students audition for various roles for the play. Poonawala has high standards and expects only the best. Many students get rejected till Sameer's turn to audition arrives. Sameer auditions in a unique way but Poonawala rejects him. Naina is enraged at Poonawala and expresses her displeasure to him. Instead of venting out his anger on Naina, Poonawala offers the lead role to Naina.
