First, Guy turns the GGG classic budget battle on its head by demanding the chefs spend over $60 when making their signature high-end dinner. Then, he makes a list of top-shelf items for the chefs to use when making their decadent dish. Finally, the chef who can make a whole dinner with nothing but high-cost ingredients will be dubbed Flavortown's Biggest Spender and go on to shop the aisles for up to $20,000.
