Randy is approached by a potential buyer who is looking for a coastal-themed vacation home. Randy works to bring the beach to North Texas, but the two-bedroom renovation isn't all smooth sailing. Meanwhile, Donna and Toni get more than they bargained for when they find an unexpected critter living in their newly purchased ranch home. They evict the varmint and hope their stylish ranch remodel will attract better tenants.
