The Snow sisters win the house at auction, and are elated to find that the interior is in fantastic condition. This means they can make a big profit on a quick and easy flip. Meanwhile, Cody and Suzi take on an unusual structure: a portable school building. They decide to turn it into a combination home and workshop, but making a commercial building into a home is a big challenge.
