Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer go house hunting in Surrey and the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Phil is with married couple Mike and David, who are returning from Central America and want their first home together, - whilst Kirstie is with science teachers Kat and Pat, who desperately want a place of their own before wedding bells ring for them in a few months.
