Craig and Becki who have had buyers for their current home for eight months, but are completely at loggerheads over their priorities for their next property. Becki wants a ready-to-move-into family home, while accountant Craig is looking for a bargain and a project in the popular suburbs of south Manchester, where property stock is low and demand is high.
