With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. Sarah and Mari are excited by Jonathan's designs but a snag in the deal stresses everybody out. As they peel back the layers of the old house, Mari and Sarah wonder if they've made a mistake.
