The comic adventures of two unlikely best friends. Small finds a large blue and silver egg on the doorstep. He takes the egg inside where Big tells him he thinks it is an ostrich egg. The friends are excited at the prospect of a baby ostrich living in the house, unaware of what is really inside the egg.
