As a series of horrific murders occur in Tokyo, information program director Tsutsui Mankoto (Kishii Yukino) meets a mysterious man, Shitara Hiroki (Shison Jun), at the scene of an investigation. Mankoto is a freelance writer for a weekly magazine, and ends up covering the serial murders with Hiroki, a renowned reporter who has named the murders "The Eye of Horus Murders."
