Faisu - Coal technique to prepare Ghevar. Nikki - Chicken core ingredient and Dehydration technique. Gaurav - Prepare Dessert with Syphon Rajiv - Re-invent a Gujrati Sweet, Mohan Thaal by using Piping technique. Tejasswi - Dried Shrimp core ingredient and emulsification technique. Ex contestants Usha, Archana and Abhijeet returned to the MasterChef Kitchen. Finalists can ask for their assistant for 5 minutes.
