Facing Sasuke, who declares, "The one I deem most yokai-like wins," the Gozyuger members each give their all to fully embody a yokai. However, only Hoeru is distracted, preoccupied with Origa Red's words: "You're unfit to be Red, unfit to be leader." Sasuke's words prompt Hoeru to reflect on "the reason I've pushed myself this far"... despite being unfit.
