The Viva Mexico 250 is a historic event in the NASCAR Cup Series, marking the series' first points-paying race held in Mexico and its first international points event since 1958. Contested at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City, Mexico, the race covers 100 laps on the 2.417-mile (3.890 km) permanent road course, for a total distance of 241.7 miles (389.0 km).
