The team come to the aid of a man who has ruptured his spleen after tripping over while out walking, but are forced into an agonising wait for a helicopter to arrive. McLanaghan has to aid a diabetic in danger of going into a coma. Caroline Morrison wants to join the team, but they're wary as her father has donated money to the mountain rescue service.
