His bright and positive personality is an asset as he learns all about pizza oven maintenance. He's also working on developing a system to improve the safety of the ovens. Though his technical knowledge is excellent, he'd like to learn how to better communicate with customers. To help, he'll take on a roleplay challenge and get advice from business Japanese experts.
