In the 1970s, William van der Merwe - known as The Screwdriver Maniac - wreaks havoc in South Africa. He rapes 9 women over a very short period of time after threatening them with a screwdriver. After many years behind bars, he is declared "sane" and released. But William's campaign of destruction was far from over.
