A professor at a local university, John has long studied the benefits of tree climbing as a fun activity that helps children gain confidence and a positive outlook on life. He organizes events for kids to climb trees and learn about the importance of forests. We also meet Chinese-born Kanai Matsuko, who supports foreigners living in Japan in their search for employment.
