A young man from Fukushima Prefecture took his love of baseball to Nicaragua, where he helped create the country's first female baseball team. An 81-year-old who lives in Fukushima works every day growing vegetables, and helping neighbors with everything from carpentry to plumbing. After the March 2011 nuclear disaster, another man opened a Tokyo restaurant specializing in Fukushima's seafood and other delicacies, to support the prefecture.
